We offer free delivery on all orders shipped to the UK mainland regardless of size and value.  You will be notified as soon as the goods are dispatched and should expect them within 2 working days.  If you require a guaranteed next working day delivery there is a standard £4.50 charge.  All orders for Special Delivery the next working day need to be received before 1pm.  There is a standard £4.50 charge for ALL international orders regardless of size or weight.

If you want to contact us for any reason please use the 'Contact Us' form or call on 0207 0550505.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order then please fill out the contact form with the order number and post the goods back to the address below within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you a full refund (although NOT including the original postage if there was any).  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE RECORDED DELIVERY BECAUSE WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS WHICH HAVEN'T ARRIVED BACK.  Please ensure all goods returned are done so with their original swing tickets and in their original condition.  JustAnother reserves the right to refuse refunds on any goods it deems not re-saleable in their original condition.  PLEASE PUT YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER IN WITH ALL RETURNS OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOCATE YOUR PARTICULAR PURCHASE.
